BlockEden.xyz Refund Policy

1. Overview​

At BlockEden.xyz, we strive to provide high-quality API services for blockchain developers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we may issue refunds for our services.

2. Eligible Refunds​

2.1 Service Availability Issues​

If our services experience significant downtime that fails to meet our advertised 99.9% uptime guarantee, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the duration and severity of the outage.

2.2 Subscription Cancellations​

  • Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for partial months. When you cancel a monthly subscription, you will maintain access to our services until the end of your current billing period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 14 days of purchase and have not exceeded 10% of your allocated Compute Unit Credits (CUC), you may be eligible for a refund minus a 15% administrative fee.

2.3 Pre-paid Compute Unit Credits (CUC)​

Pre-paid CUC are non-refundable once purchased. However, they do not expire and remain available for future use.

3. Non-refundable Services​

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Usage of API services that have already been consumed
  • Expenses related to cryptocurrency network fees
  • Services where usage has exceeded 10% of purchased allocations
  • Services canceled after the refund eligibility period
  • Services terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service

4. Refund Process​

4.1 How to Request a Refund​

To request a refund, please email support@blockeden.xyz with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The pricing plan you are canceling
  • Reason for the refund request

4.2 Processing Time​

We will review all refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method when possible.

4.3 Cryptocurrency Payments​

For payments made in cryptocurrency, refunds will be processed in the same cryptocurrency at the current market rate, not the rate at the time of purchase. This may result in a different refund amount due to cryptocurrency price fluctuations.

5. Exceptions​

BlockEden.xyz reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion. In cases of extraordinary circumstances, we may consider refund requests that fall outside the terms outlined in this policy.

6. Policy Changes​

BlockEden.xyz reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
